- Active license to practice law
- Certification in supply chain management
- 1-3 years of experience with supply chain, subcontracts, construction, and IT contracts
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and related legal issues
- Familiarity with international contract negotiations and data protection laws
- Understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations
- Experience with SaaS agreements, software licensing, cloud services, and IT outsourcing contracts.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate supply chain contracts with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Handle commercial contracts including software, licensing, SaaS, and service-level agreements.
- Advise business units on legal and commercial risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal guidance on contract terms, including intellectual property, data protection, confidentiality, liability, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with trade, import/export, environmental, labor, and safety regulations.
- Develop risk management strategies and policies to mitigate legal risks in supply chain, subcontracting, and IT services
- Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, IT, Finance, etc.) to integrate legal considerations into supply chain processes.
- Manage disputes involving contracts, defects, warranty claims, and compliance issues.
- Stay updated on legal trends in supply chain, software, and IT sectors.
- Conduct training on the legal aspects of supply chain management.
