Our client in Concord, NH is in the print and mail industry and they are looking for someone to do Bookkeeping work in addition to Account Management.  Do you have the personality to do account management  but also handle the bookkeeping work? If so, this could be the rght fit for you! And if you have any kind of print or mail industry background, this is a huge plus for the company.  Location - Concord, NH Position is PERMANENT  Pay Rate- $24/hr to $28/hr  Smaller family owned company  -Position will be 40% accounting work and 60% account management work  -Account Management work will include dealing with current customer base - working with customers via phone or email and managing the new print job orders coming in -Bookkeeping work will include basic bookkeeping work using QuickBooks Online  -Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) -QuickBooks Online experience is preferred but having any automated accounting software experience would be great too! Responsibilities

• Perform Accounts Payable functions including writing checks, entering bills, ACH credit card, and PayPal payments into QuickBooks
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Regularly interact with and support Month and Year End Close activities and reporting
• Manage cash operation and scan in postage deposits
• Reconcile operating account and serve as Postage/Production Analyst and Accounting Analyst
• Review profitability and receivables reports, ensuring prompt collection of receivables
• Manage shop inventory and administrative supplies and manage file systems
• Oversee vendor and outside contract workers, including purchase order creation and oversight
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring a positive and productive experience with every job
• Perform estimating and related pricing for each job, converting estimates into orders
• Request postage in advance from customers
• Outsource to subcontractors and perform materials purchasing as required to fulfill customer projects
• Complete purchase orders for billing purposes
• Coordinate with the Production Manager to set job schedules and ensure agreement on all due dates
• Print error-free relevant work orders for processing on the shop floor
• Obtain signoffs on proofs from customers and provide updates on progress through production stages until the final product is mailed or shipped
