As a Scanning Technician, you will play a critical role in digitizing physical documents, ensuring that they are properly scanned. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The role is initially a contract position with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance and company needs.

salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour

Responsibilities

Scanners work on computers, take the prepped boxes, and scan each file. They are responsible for overseeing the quality of the scan and making sure each image is clear, legible, and oriented in the same direction. Scanners must familiarize themselves with the interface of the scanning software, understanding how to change various settings so as to maximize their efficiency while scanning. Because preppers may miss staples or other minor details, scanners are also expected to handle some minor prep responsibilities too from time to time.
