salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities
Oversees all aspects of production operation, ensuring efficiency, quality, & safety. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in managing production teams, optimizing processes & achieving production targets within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement production schedules to meet customer demand & optimize resource utilization
- Monitor production performance against KPIs
- Manage & optimize inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress & finished goods
- Identify & implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs & improve quality
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles, etc., to drive continuous improvement
- Analyze production data to optimize processes & resource allocation
- Implement & maintain quality control procedures & documentation
- Investigate & resolve quality issues & implement corrective & preventative action
- Promote a safe working environment & ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations & company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of achieving production targets & driving continuous improvement
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles & other process methodologies, as well as safety regulations & best practices
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
