Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet operational goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.  
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
