Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for residential projects.
- Ensure work is completed according to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and enforce job site safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, homeowners, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership.
