- Experience in food quality inspection, food safety, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FDA/USDA regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products for compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Conduct routine quality control checks, including temperature, weight, and packaging inspections.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, testing results, and non-conformities.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations.
- Work closely with production and sanitation teams to implement corrective actions.
- Report any quality or safety concerns to management promptly.
