In this role, you’ll provide organizational, communication, and project management support, ensuring that our office functions efficiently and effectively.
Position Overview: As the Administrative Assistant, you will represent executives and staff in a professional and positive manner, engaging with company leaders, employees, and external stakeholders. You will be a key support resource, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. This role offers a mix of coordination, communication, and leadership within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Experience: 5-8 years supporting executive-level leaders
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Familiarity with Zoom, Workday (or similar HRIS), Egencia (or similar corporate travel systems)
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with people

Responsibilities
- Communication Support: Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports; manage internal and external communications.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, events, and travel; organize logistics and F&B arrangements.
- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage executives’ calendars and coordinate travel plans; reconcile travel expenses.
- Project Management: Assist with HR projects, including M&A integration and company-wide initiatives.
- People Management: Oversee mailroom and reception staff; support office and facilities operations.
- General Administrative Tasks: Perform office duties (e.g., photocopying, scanning), provide backup support for staff.
