Responsibilities
- Assist with developing comprehensive budgets for single-family and multi-family construction projects.
- Monitor project expenses from inception to completion, tracking any variances from the original budget.
- Record and analyze cost discrepancies, identifying root causes and areas for improvement.
- Create detailed financial reports to present findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure budget adherence and financial efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with the purchasing team and project managers to stay up to date with project timelines and ensure budget adherence.
- Identify potential cost-saving measures and implement strategies to enhance financial performance on future projects.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
