Responsibilities
-Act as go to contact for all HR inquiries
-Manage open enrollment for ~100 employees, answering employee questions and liaising with benefits vendor when needed
-Employee onboarding, hiring, interviewing, and training
-Talent Acquisition – partner with hiring managers to post jobs, review resumes, and set up interviews
-Manage HRIS system for all new hires, personnel changes, salary/benefits changes, and running reports
-Handle HR inbox and inquiries with regards to payroll, benefits, general HR questions
-Conduct any necessary investigations, or escalate when needed
-Assist in union negotiations and compliance
