Randstad is looking for Operations Processor in Irving,TX.This is an operations-focused role that involves mail processing, data entry, and account reconciliation. The position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and time management to ensure correct handling of invoices, checks, and customer instructions. Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to stand for extended periods are also essential. Position:Operations Processor Location:Irving,TX,75063 Pay: 18 Shift Days/Hours:  Sun-Thurs 3pm-11:30pm

Responsibilities

• Operations focused position
• Processing/opening mail and organizing it into the correct places
• Scanning/data entry of checks/invoices into the system
• Preparing checks/invoices to be sent out
• Researching and clearing suspense items; researching and processing adjustments to accounts on various systems
• Calculating or balancing routine accounting entries
• Sorting, matching, ordering and/or reconciling items
• Mail Sorting (attention to detail is needed to identify PO Boxes. Both hand sorting and using a sort machine.)
• Assist in Preparing/Slicing Work Be Deadlines
• Mail Extraction ( will open and prepare accounts to be imaged and layered per customer instructions. Attention to detail to ensure the customer is receiving correct payments.)
• Assist in placing customer instructions in appropriate bins
