Responsibilities
✨ What You’ll Do:
Document Collection – Contact physician offices and insurance providers to obtain required patient documents, including prescriptions, medical records, and prior authorizations.
Electronic Form Generation – Create and submit electronic forms to request patient documentation using our internal system.
Eligibility Verification – Review patient documentation to ensure eligibility for medical supplies and services based on insurance coverage.
Data Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless billing and physician database updates.
✅ Compliance & Accuracy – Ensure all documentation aligns with Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.
Issue Resolution & Collaboration – Identify and escalate discrepancies, working closely with sales, customer service, and clinical teams to facilitate patient care.
What You Bring to the Table:
✔ Knowledge of Medical Terminology & Billing – Familiarity with healthcare documentation and insurance processes.
✔ Tech-Savvy – Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and data entry.
✔ Excellent Communication – Ability to engage professionally with healthcare providers and insurance representatives.
✔ Detail-Oriented & Organized – strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and meeting deadlines.
✔ Self-Starter – Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
