Clerical Coordinator III - Temporary (Hybrid) **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Clerical Coordinator III to support a department within our organization. This position involves a variety of complex administrative tasks, primarily related to a specific organizational function. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative support and data entry and possess a background in transportation compliance. **Responsibilities:** * Perform a variety of complex administrative projects for a department or division. * Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication. * Maintain and update tools and systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. * Research and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making. * Provide general administrative support in a professional environment, maintaining a high level of organization and confidentiality. * Perform data entry and invoicing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. * Assist with transportation compliance, motor vehicle records, and DAT testing, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. **Qualifications:** * High School graduate (minimum); 2 years of college (preferred). * 5+ years of administrative experience, demonstrating increasing responsibility and complexity. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is essential. * Experience with coding. * 5 years of exp w/ data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. * A background in Safety/Transportation Compliance is a significant plus. **Additional Information:** * This is a temporary position with a duration of 3 months. * This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in the office and two days of remote work. * Please note: This position is not temp to perm.
