- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members—providing a friendly, professional, and helpful presence.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist with general inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for technicians, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist with scheduling vendor meetings, contacting suppliers, and purchasing materials for projects.
- Support HR with onboarding tasks such as preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with various administrative projects to support different departments as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office and common areas.
- Work comfortably with a diverse range of clients, vendors, and colleagues, including individuals for whom English is not a first language.
- Handle interruptions gracefully, seamlessly switching between tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
