We are seeking a Bookkeeper to support our growing accounting team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient accounting operations, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes effectively. 100% in office, can work out of 32256 OR 32233



salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Qualifications
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with Excel and software such as QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
Solutions for Contractors
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of GAAP principles and experience with financial statement preparation
• Knowledge of AIA documents and payment applications
• Knowledge of Florida Lien Laws and Lien Releases
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Procore, Textura and GC Pay helpful

We are looking for a dedicated, mature, self-starter with a can-do attitude and
construction job costing experience.
Tasks include:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• AIA Billing
• Request for Lien Releases
• Payroll
• Remote Deposits into Bank and Quickbooks
• Notice of Commencements
• Notice to Owners
• Reconcilement of Credit Card/Receipts
• Bank Reconcilement
• Digital Filing
• Sub Contractor Payments
• All other administrative task as necessary
• Certified Payroll and Davis Bacon Wages helpful
