We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support the growth of our organization. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including team member relations, benefits administration, compliance, payroll processing, and talent acquisition. The HR Manager will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement policies that enhance company culture, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.



salary: $30 - $34 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, payroll, and policy development.
  
  
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
  
  
• Develop, implement, and update personnel policies, employee handbooks, and performance evaluation programs.
  
  
• Manage compensation structures, conduct salary surveys, and ensure competitive pay rates.
  
  
• Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings and interviews to background checks and onboarding.
  
  
• Handle employee benefits, including 401(k) plans, COBRA, workers' compensation, and leave of absence programs (FMLA, disability, etc.).
  
  
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, including EEO-1 reporting and OSHA inquiries.
