Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, payroll, and policy development.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
- Develop, implement, and update personnel policies, employee handbooks, and performance evaluation programs.
- Manage compensation structures, conduct salary surveys, and ensure competitive pay rates.
- Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings and interviews to background checks and onboarding.
- Handle employee benefits, including 401(k) plans, COBRA, workers' compensation, and leave of absence programs (FMLA, disability, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, including EEO-1 reporting and OSHA inquiries.
