Location: Richardson, TX
Shift M-F, 1st shift
Pay: $25/hour
What you will be doing:
- Provide timely and effective administrative support to sales, marketing and promotional programs.
- Coordinate with customers and field sales personnel.
- Organize events, office activities and meetings.
- Order and maintain office supplies including computer inventory and maintenance.
- Order and maintain adequate sales literature inventory.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Assist in making standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
- Assist in performing background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales teams activities.
- Assist in drafting sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CRM experience, Microsoft word and Excel (look ups) is required.
- Strong organizational skills, customer service oriented and ability to take ownership.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as document management, word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
