We are currently seeking a sales professional in Concord, NC to provide support to an outside sales team in the Manufacturing industry. In this role you will provide day to day support to the customers, field sales and sales organization representatives to support the overall sales process. We are looking for a candidate with data entry experience with a focus on quality and reliability. This role will be an on-site, temp-to-perm opportunity. Responsibilities

- Responsible to manage all incoming leads and managing Transactional opportunities (define,
quote & close).
- Responsible for the handover process including order booking for all opportunities and order follow-
up
- Collaborate with Respective Sales team members to build pipelines and close opportunities.
- Support customers & sales team in claim handling and communication.
- Manage operational support for field sales.
- Research inactive accounts for sales opportunities.
- Prospect new accounts & process leads to field sales team in the region.
- Facilitate company communications to customers base when needed.
- Support in preparing/organizing events.
