Randstad is actively seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivables Specialist for a corporation in Oakland, TN. You'll process invoices, reconcile accounts, resolve billing disputes. Responsibilities

• Verify and process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring proper approvals and adherence to company policies.
• Manage three-way match reconciliation for inventory and non-inventory invoices within the ERP system.
• Analyze AP aging/accruals; resolve vendor issues.
• Manage AR collections, credit assessments, and billing disputes.
• Maintain customer records and payment portals (EDI, etc.).
• Resolve unallocated cash, manage credit holds.
• Prepare month-end statements, perform GL reconciliations.
• Document processes, provide backup support.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma/GED; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years accounting experience.
• ERP and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Analytical and communication skills.
