We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all employee transaction handling, including onboarding new hires, processing employee changes, and maintaining accurate employee records within our HRIS. You will serve as a key point of contact for employee data-related inquiries and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

salary: $23 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Employee Data Management:
  • Process all employee transactions, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and separations, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Process all separations for the company in a timely manner.
• Employee Support:
  • Act as the first line of communication for all job-related changes for assigned employees.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR processes and data.
• Compliance and Policy:
  • Follow directions to ensure compliance with SOX, federal, and state laws related to HR systems objectives.
  • Assist in creating and following company policies and procedures related to the HRIS and employee data.
  • Protect data privacy at all times and adhere to strict confidentiality requirements to promote zero breaches of compliance policies.
• Systems and Reporting:
  • Utilize and maintain the HRIS to process and track employee data.
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed.
