Responsibilities
- Employee Data Management:
- Process all employee transactions, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and separations, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Process all separations for the company in a timely manner.
- Employee Support:
- Act as the first line of communication for all job-related changes for assigned employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR processes and data.
- Compliance and Policy:
- Follow directions to ensure compliance with SOX, federal, and state laws related to HR systems objectives.
- Assist in creating and following company policies and procedures related to the HRIS and employee data.
- Protect data privacy at all times and adhere to strict confidentiality requirements to promote zero breaches of compliance policies.
- Systems and Reporting:
- Utilize and maintain the HRIS to process and track employee data.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed.
