Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Process vendor invoices, verify approvals, and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP) to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and financial reconciliations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, GAAP, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in AP/AR and full-cycle accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
