We’re looking for a Second Shift Supervisor to join our team! This role oversees a small crew operating a 50” Flexo Folder Gluer or 66” Rotary, with plans to expand operations as we grow. Send resumes to Lisa.zewers@randstadusa.com
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support the second-shift team.
- Assist with machine setups and train employees.
- Ensure efficient workflow and production quality.
- Be hands-on when needed to keep things running smoothly.
- Corrugated industry experience is required.
- Leadership skills—supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
- A team player willing to step in and help when needed.
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (with some overtime as needed).
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience. Our wages are among the highest in the industry without excessive hours.
- This role will likely start as hourly and transition to salaried over time.
