Responsibilities

• Collection Activities: Following up on past-due invoices and working with customers to resolve payment issues. 
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions. 
• Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts receivable to the general ledger. 
• Reporting: Preparing reports on accounts receivable aging, collections, and other relevant metrics. 
• Cash Application: Applying payments to the correct invoices and accounts. 
• Data Entry: Accurately entering financial data into accounting systems. 
• Problem Solving: Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and other issues. 
• nvoice Processing: Creating, reviewing, and verifying invoices for accuracy and completeness. 
• Payment Processing: Receiving, posting, and verifying customer payments. 
• Customer Communication: Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
