Financial Systems Analysts! Our client, a leader in the Nonprofit Charity industry, is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to join their growing team. This role will support digital transformation initiatives, manaintain systems and work on new projects to support growth and F&A systems needs across the organization. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Systems and the Director of Financial Systems and IT Support, this role will have plenty of exposure to higher ups, processes and systems support/enablement. Responsibilities

Financial Information Technology Solutions  Assist in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of accounting applications and financial planning tools.  Contribute to the administration of reporting databases and solutions to assure integrity of underlying data for all financial reporting.  Provide training to both Fiscal and Program staff on the use of financial applications.  Assess financial workflows and identify/implement process and system enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Technical support for corporate Budgets, Forecasts and Financial Reporting  Play a critical role in the Budget enablement team, responsible for budget system administration and support.  Assist in enabling budget consolidation and forecasting solutions. Process new accounts, accounting units and structural changes in the Fiscal systems. 3. Create and develop an onboarding and training platform.  Lead the development of a training platform using Brainstorm and SharePoint.  Collaborate with staff to identify training needs.  Create and maintain training content.  Establish and manage an onboarding website for new staff members. 4. Administration & Other  Contribute to quality control and improvement initiatives, focusing on internal accounting and operating controls and reporting.  Proactively recommend and contribute to the adoption of improvements in the efficiency of Fiscal activities.
