Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Reconcile AR accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding balances.
Generate and distribute invoices while maintaining accurate records of payments and customer accounts.
Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to reduce outstanding receivables.
Assist with cash applications, bank reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
Prepare AR reports and financial summaries for management review.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any billing or payment issues.
Maintain compliance with accounting policies, company procedures, and GAAP standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience.
proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
