Randstad is seeking a well organized, dependable Payroll Specialist for a company in Peachtree City, GA.  This position will handle payroll processing across multiple locations.   Must Haves:

• Associate's Degree or Certified Payroll Professional
• Knowledge of payroll practices and labor laws in all states
• Confidentiality
• Excellent problem solving skills

salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle daily payroll tasks, including processing payroll bi-weekly and weekly, managing timesheets, and addressing payroll inquiries.
• Manage liens, garnishments, and other payroll deductions.
• Oversee direct deposit and pay card funding and registration.
• Coordinate with HR, field management, and other departments to ensure accurate employee payroll data.
• Coordinate payroll corrections and amendments between field management and Regional VPs.
• Manage special payroll duties related to state payroll compliance.
• Assist Finance with corporate expense reimbursements and per diem processing as needed.

MS Office (5 years of experience is required)

Garnishments (1 year of experience is required)
