Responsibilities

Inside Sales Representative
Duties Include:
● Assisting Managers and Outside Sales in obtaining customer satisfaction by
performing clerical and administrative duties relating to client communications as
well as assist incoming customers with sales.
● Receiving calls and helping walk ins from both commercial and residential
customers for quotes and orders as well as inputting into the GUI system.
● Maintaining timely and effective paper flow and communication within department
and to other departments.

● Setting up deliveries and processing orders through the shipping stage.
● Assisting the existing customer base in the building materials industry.



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

standing for 4 hours at one time
