In this key role, you’ll provide vital support in the development, management, and execution of training and development documentation programs, systems, compliance, and strategy. As a part of the Workforce Development (WFD) team, you'll help shape the future of employee training by maintaining training records, facilitating training sessions, and supporting initiatives designed to foster employee growth and compliance.
You’ll also be responsible for leading documentation review and initiation sessions, identifying training objectives, setting timelines, allocating resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities
As a WF Training Documentation Specialist, job duties include:
- Adhere to established standards, styles, and templates for documentation management.
- Create, modify, and archive technical documents using appropriate software tools.
- Design and modify graphics and images as required for training and documentation materials.
- Edit, proofread, and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Monitor and manage documentation change requests, ensuring that updates are implemented promptly and efficiently.
- Oversee the management of certifications for all controlled documents in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Develop and outline data analysis strategies and create evaluation plans.
- Design and produce graphs, charts, and other visual aids to effectively communicate data and findings.
- 5 + years of experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, with a preference for experience in the semiconductor domain.
- Familiarity with PSM/RMP systems.
- Experience leading the technical documentation process for new systems, equipment, processes, and tool installations.
- Proficiency with MadCap, Adobe, and Microsoft documentation software including SharePoint.
