Responsibilities
- Supports international shipping, coordinating with sales for order instructions and preparing sales orders, invoices, and international documents.
- Manages shipments with freight forwarders and warehouses, including air and ocean freight, and obtains necessary analytical reports for customers.
- Prepares daily shipping logs and works with Accounting on Letter of Credit documents.
- Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments with couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) and maintains accurate records for closed orders.
- Requests freight quotes, supports trade show and promotional shipments, and assists with sample preparations.
- Resolves discrepancies in shipping and receiving documentation and works with Operations on packaging specifications.
- Provides support to Sales and Customer Service as needed, performing other duties as assigned.
