Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating staffing needs and new hire orientations.
- Schedule appointments for prospective applicants to submit or complete employment applications.
- Coordinate orientation sessions to foster a positive attitude towards organizational goals.
- Ensure all new employees are properly oriented and that all required documents are completed and signed; take ID badge photos.
- Assist new office employees with workstation set-up, equipment usage, and timekeeping procedures.
- Create new employee records.
- Organize and scan personnel files to the Corporate HR Department weekly or biweekly.
- Help employees reset passwords.
- Update personnel information as needed, and terminate employee records as needed.
- Run biweekly tracking reports.
- Maintain confidentiality policies at all times.
