Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts receivable and follow up on past-due invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding outstanding balances.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, chargebacks, and payment disputes.
- Process customer payments via checks, credit cards, EFT, ACH, COD’s.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, and payment arrangements.
- Generate aging reports to track outstanding invoices.
- Assist in month-end closing by reconciling accounts and preparing AR reports.
- Knowledgable about Release of Liens, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting regulations, and collection laws.
