S/he is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Human Resources function by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices in all HR areas. This role oversees employee relations, benefits, compensation, and recruiting functions. Additionally, s/he works closely with organizational members and leadership, consulting with the leadership team on a frequent basis regarding all human resources matters. This is a true permanate opportunity. Full health benefits including 4 weeks of PTO. Applicants will need a SHRM certificate for consideration.

Responsibilities
- Advisor on all HR issues, systems, policies, and programs across the US organization.
- Architect of total benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation, ensuring compliance and equity.
- Establishes talent acquisition strategy, including development, succession planning, and retention.
- Leads change management initiatives and engagement strategies.
- Ensures compliance with national and local HR regulations through investigations and record-keeping.
- Fiduciary of the 401K program.
- Oversees organizational structure and provides input on business unit restructures.
- Manages complex employee relations issues.
- Supports executive team initiatives to enhance employee well-being and work/life balance.
- Maintains the budget for US HR operations.
- Administers performance management programs and provides guidance to leaders.
- Ensures compliance with employee development and training regulations.
- Manages HR systems and employee records.
- Handles day-to-day employee relations and provides HR guidance to leaders and employees.
- Ensures compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and health and safety regulations.
- Administers compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversees HR policies and procedures, including employee standards, SOP improvements, and handbook consistency.
- Other HR Duties as needed
- Keeps SHRM certification up to date.
