Responsibilities
- Control and provide timely and appropriate RF gun’s use feedback, Ensures that user’s knowledge of the WMS remains current with system changes.
- Responsible for over 300 RF gun and wireless printer inventory including: set up, troubleshoot and fix or send out to be repaired of all RF guns to assure their availability and readiness.
- Responsible for testing new applications, upgrades and implementation for production environment.
- Responsible for SendSuite Computers system to be ready in all sites.
- Responsible for set up computers in main locations as well outside locations.
- Responsible for Creating systems users, reset passwords, and entitlement reviews in a timely matter.
- Responsible for ensuring that all remote Broadridge locations are working at peak performance.
- Assist on creating training videos
- Assist on creating reports for the operations team.
- Support operations team functions when needed.
