We are looking for an experienced Accountant with Manufacturing experience to join our clients team in Sanford, Florida. In this role, you will be required to handle all clerical tasks for AP, billing, payroll, general accounting, financial statement preparation, and assigned HR duties. Responsibilities

•  Prepare and submit Bi-weekly employee payroll and weekly outside contract payroll.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Run and post daily cost transactions to the (GL) general ledger.
• Perform daily billing to customers.
• Run and prepare monthly reports for journal entries and financial analysis.
• Prepare and enter month end journal entries.
• Run, prepare, and distribute monthly financial package.
• Maintain, reconcile, and enter petty cash in accounts payable.
• Perform accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Oversee the standard cost system and coordinate standard cost changes.
• Support Monthly P&L Forecasting.
• Plan and review budgets and expenses and make recommendations as needed.
• Offer suggestions for improving business profitability and reducing risk.
• Review and analyze margin analysis reports and bring questions to management.
• Monthly financial performance forecasting.
• Put together and submit year-end account reconciliations and CPA package.
• Annual preparation and submission of 1099s & 1096, SAM & ITAR.
