Responsibilities
-New Hire Data Management: Oversee the daily transfer of new hire information from iCIMS to UKG.
-I-9 and E-Verify Compliance: Manage the I-9 and E-Verify programs, including training and document verification with store management.
-Salary and Employment Updates: Process salary changes from stores for annual reviews and handle employment verifications and letters.
-Nametag and Document Handling: Manage nametag ordering for new hires and maintain employee records in Revver.
-Employee Communication: Respond to HR-related questions and support associates with their concerns.
-Relationship Building: Foster positive working relationships with all associates and collaborate effectively as a team.
-Continuous Learning: Stay updated on employment laws and HR practices through seminars and resources.
