Reporting directly to the Director of Pricing and Supply Chain Finance, this position requires seamless collaboration with various teams across the company. You'll work closely with the Supply Chain team on plant allocations and production volume forecasting, partner with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate product invoice approvals, support R&D with item number assignments during early commercialization stages, and collaborate with the Sales team to finalize competitive pricing proposals.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the Weekly Sales Order Report, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Assign and maintain finished goods item numbers, ensuring consistent data entry.
- Review and approve product invoice batches for Accounts Payable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Oversee contract maintenance, tracking, scanning, and filing completed contracts.
- Manage product swap contracts, ensuring all terms are met and communicated.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, manufacturers, brokers, and suppliers.
- Monitor pricing requests from the Sales team, ensuring timely completion and issuing pricing proposal letters.
- Maintain and organize pricing folders for easy access and updates.
- Review and update the Monthly Access Pricing Report, ensuring accuracy.
- Upload monthly pricing details to customer portals for seamless access.
- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed by leadership or teams.
- Complete customer and vendor forms accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as a backup for the Pricing Support Specialist and Sales Facilitator/Executive when required.
