Randstad is looking for someone detail oriented with good problem solving skills and excellent work ethic for a great temp to hire opportunity in Peachtree City.  The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records of accounts, and ensuring timely collection of debts from clients and customers. This position involves working closely with other finance team members and departments to ensure the smooth flow of financial transactions and to resolve any payment-related issues. This role also includes preparing Accounts Receivable Reporting and other finance reports for the CFO.

salary: $23 - $24 per hour
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Payment Collection: Monitor and track incoming payments, ensuring they are applied to the correct accounts.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Communication with Customers: Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, or billing disputes and work towards resolving any issues.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of accounts receivable transactions and produce regular aging reports for management. Prepare Accounts Receivable Reporting and other finance reports for the CFO.
• Cash Flow Monitoring: Assist in forecasting cash flow by monitoring outstanding receivables and ensuring timely collections.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to address issues related to billing, payment, and customer accounts.
• Posting of Co-op Credits: Post Co-op credits accurately and efficiently.
• Compliance: Ensure all accounts receivable activities adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.
