Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
- Monitor and track compliance with EHS standards and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.
- Conduct emergency drills and simulations to ensure employee preparedness.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement in EHS performance and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest EHS regulations, best practices, and technologies.
- Communicate EHS information and concerns to employees and management.
- Maintain accurate and complete EHS records. Prepare and submit reports on EHS performance
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.
- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
