A well-established company in the manufacturing industry is looking to add a Sales Representative to their team. This role is ideal for a driven and results-oriented professional with experience in business development, client relationship management, and technical sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the manufacturing sector.
- Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to expand the company’s network and brand presence.
- Experience in manufacturing sales is required (preferably in fasteners, components, or industrial products).
- strong business development skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products to customers.
- Self-motivated with organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
