Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, and build relationships with prospective residents to close leases and meet occupancy goals
  
  
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  
  
• Maintain knowledge of available units, pricing, and community amenities
  
  
• Assist with preparing lease agreements and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
  
  
• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and ensure timely communication
  
  
• Conduct background checks, credit checks, and other resident screening as required
  
  
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media and resident events
  
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using property management software
  
  
• Provide excellent customer service to current residents and assist with renewals
  
  
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to resolve resident concerns
