Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment – Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating job offers.
  
  
• High-Volume Hiring for Call Center Roles – Focus on recruiting for call center positions such as call center agents, credit representatives, and business service center representatives, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Support – Build relationships with hiring managers, provide recruitment guidance, and ensure they have the necessary resources to make informed hiring decisions.
  
  
• Candidate Experience & Onboarding – Ensure a smooth hiring process by coordinating interviews, negotiating salaries, making offers, and assisting with new hire orientation.
  
  
• Strategic Talent Acquisition – Align recruitment efforts with company compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies while working independently to meet hiring goals.
