Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Management – Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure high-quality hires.
  
  
• Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration – Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, review candidates, and provide strategic talent acquisition support.
  
  
• Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development – Utilize various sourcing methods (networking, ATS, online databases, and referrals) to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  
  
• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support – Assist in negotiating salaries, extending offers, and supporting onboarding efforts to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  
  
• Compliance & Strategic Talent Alignment – Ensure recruitment aligns with company compensation strategies, diversity initiatives, and equal employment policies while maintaining compliance with relevant hiring regulations.
