Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Account Management – Serve as the primary contact for order placements, inquiries, and account setup while maintaining accurate records.
  
  
• Order Processing & Fulfillment – Manage orders with precision, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  
  
• Issue Resolution & Escalation – Proactively address service disruptions, billing issues, and delivery concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Compliance & Quality Assurance – Uphold industry regulations, safety protocols, and reporting requirements.
  
  
• Collaboration & Systems Management – Work closely with internal teams and utilize ERP/CRM systems for seamless operations.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or technical industries
  
  
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  
  
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or similar order management systems
  
  
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, and occasional holidays as needed
  
  
• Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
