Responsibilities
- Oversee pre-hire activities to ensure all actions for employee onboarding are completed before the first day, including printing and reviewing new hire paperwork.
- Input employee data changes in SAP HR, including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, deductions, and personal information updates.
- Ensure all employee requests are processed and verified before payroll processing dates.
- Complete Form I-9 and manage E-Verify processing.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding personal and pay-related information, such as deductions, federal tax withholding, and direct deposits.
- Enter a high volume of employee data into SAP.
- Verify data entries made by other department members, including new hire paperwork and employee data changes.
- Assist with daily and monthly report preparation.
- Support additional administrative tasks, including filing, document sorting and coding, and checking department voicemail.
- Assist with other assignments and special projects as needed.
