We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate travel, organize meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth daily operations. salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining the executive’s calendar.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinating internal and external events, including conferences, meetings, and presentations.
- Managing and screening incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Drafting, proofreading, and editing documents, emails, and reports.
- Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Preparing travel documentation, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Ensuring all logistics are in place for trips, including meeting schedules and locations.
- Organizing meetings, conferences, and events, including catering, venue booking, and equipment setup.
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handling all logistics related to the executive’s meetings or corporate events.
- Maintaining and organizing files and records, both physical and digital.
- Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensuring that important documents and reports are prepared and submitted on time.
- Handling expense reports and reimbursements.
- Assisting in procurement and managing office supplies.
- Preparing reports on project status for the executive.Conducting research and providing data or information for decision-making.
