Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service:
- Assist with customer ASN (advanced shipment notices) processing
- WEB Customer Service & Administration:
- Review WEB orders to generate packing slips and print labels daily
- Cover Front Desk phone, Back-up WEB customer service call activity,
- Process data entry of purchase order (container) paperwork
- Adjust scheduled receipt date, warehouse directed, as necessary
- Issue weekly in transit report
- Process warehouse transfers, process inventory adjustments, such as shipper project activity, repacks
- Assist in physical count checks
- Prepare monthly aged inventory report
- Submit work for review
