Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound calls from customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and clear explanations regarding products and services.
- Guide customers through processes and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions with detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and multiple applications.
- A positive attitude, work ethic, and a team-oriented spirit.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not always required - we offer comprehensive training!
