Key Responsibilities:
Patient Reception & Check-in/Check-out: Greet patients warmly, manage check-in and check-out, confirm appointments, and ensure all paperwork is complete. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and adjust patient appointments, follow-ups, and cancellations. Insurance Verification: Confirm insurance coverage, collect patient details, and facilitate claims processing. Patient Records Management: Maintain and update records with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Billing & Payments: Collect co-pays, process payments (cash, card, check), and address patient billing inquiries. Phone & Email Communication: Manage calls, schedule visits, and relay messages to dental staff. Pre-visit Preparation: Ensure charts, X-rays, and treatment plans are ready before patient visits. Office Coordination: Maintain office supplies, order dental materials, and keep the reception area welcoming.

Responsibilities
- Patient Reception and Check-in/Check-out: Greet patients, manage check-in and check-out processes, confirm appointments, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, follow-up visits, and manage any changes or cancellations.
- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage, collect insurance information, and ensure accurate processing of claims.
- Patient Records Management: Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Billing and Payments: Collect co-pays, outstanding balances, and process payments (cash, card, or check). Communicate billing information and answer patient questions regarding their accounts.
- Phone and Email Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to the appropriate dental staff.
- Pre-visit Preparation: Ensure patient charts, X-rays, and treatment plans are prepared and ready for dental staff before each appointment.
- Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, order dental materials, and assist with maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.
- Patient Education: Provide patients with information on dental procedures, treatment plans, and office policies.
- Follow-Up Calls: Contact patients for appointment reminders, follow-up on treatment plans, and confirm upcoming visits.
