Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of high volume, SOWs and SOW Revisions.
- Lead contract activities related to OSW SOWs, partnering with stakeholders, Category Managers, OSW Operations team, shared services partners, and suppliers, as needed.
- Request and manage legal reviews when applicable, ensuring that all contract terms are compliant with legal requirements.
- Initiate and oversee approval flows for OSW SOW contracts, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Evaluate contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with procurement standards and rate cards and assess any potential risks to the company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders regarding OSW SOW contract inquiries and modifications.
- Route approved, executable SOWs and SOW Revisions for signatures via DocuSign.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and streamline OSW SOW contract processes and implement best practices for contract management.
- Deliver outstanding stakeholder experiences.
- Educate, support, and drive compliance with S&P policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of contract activities.
