- Business experience within Accounting with increasing responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required.
- Demonstrate ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Previous experience with ERP system (PeopleSoft and Oracle cloud preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience working with a global team
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non technical teams.
- Experience working with large amounts of data
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the validation of the data that will be migrated to the new ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data cleansing, mapping, and validation to ensure proper alignment between accounting systems and the ERP platform.
- Analyze financial data related to intercompany activity between key segments to identify relationships and balances.
- Offer ongoing ad hoc support of the various initiatives in preparation for the ERP implementation.
- Perform accounting responsibilities as needed to help support incremental accounting activities during transition periods.
- Assist with month-end closing activities as needed
- Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned
